hypodense areas are seen in cerebellum and occipital regions bilaterally representing areas of ischemic infarction. small ischemic infarctions are seen in bilateral basal ganglia, external capsule,periventricular region. mild white matter ischeic changes are noted in periventricular region. the ventricles and cortical sulci appear slightly dilated representing age related changes. no evidence of intracranial bleed or mass.
