What Does "sublte Mural Thickening In Terminal Ileum" Mean?

Hi my self munmun. due to abdomen pain i perfofmed CECT whole abdomen, whose impression is - "sublte mural thickening in terminal ileum with subcentimeter mesenteric lymph nodes likely due to non-specific ileitis". my questions to you are-
1. what this impression actually means? what is the status of my abdomen?
2. whether the problem is serious in nature or not?
3. is it curable by medicine or not?

Subtle mural thickening means mild thickening of the wall. Terminal ileum is a part of your small intestine. So there is mild wall thickening in your terminal ileum. This is seen as a transient change in many patients as well. According to me there is nothing to worry an there is no significance of this as there is no significant thickening. This can be seen due to normal bowel peristalsis as well.
This problem is not at all serious and you should not be worried about it.
It does not need to be cured as there is no significant abnormality. So you can simply forget about it.
