Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

There are two main bundles of nerves which carry electrical signals through the walls of heart to make it pump. In your EKG there is a possibility of the right side bundles showing a block in conduction of impulses and this leads to rhythm disturbances in the pumping of heart. It is one of the conduction disorders and is seen on EKG.

In most people, bundle branch block doesn't cause any symptoms. For those people who do have signs and symptoms, they may include:

Fainting
Dizziness
Slow heart rate (brachycardia)

If you have any symptoms then it is likely to be a positive finding on EKG.

Bundle branch block itself often requires no direct treatment, you'll need treatment of any underlying health condition that could cause bundle branch block, such as coronary heart disease. The block can be caused by coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy, or valve disease. Right bundle branch block may also occur in a healthy heart.

Since you have it on the right side then it is suggested you have an echocardiography and discuss with the cardiologist.
