What Does Scan Report 'Inferior Margin Extends Up To Internal Os' Mean?

I had my 3rd SCAN an the age of the foetus is 20 weeks now.. did the scan 2 days back and the report said inferior margin extends up to internal os.. what does it mean.. can the position of the placenta still change? what are the precautions which can be taken to avoid further complications.

Your condition is called as low lying placenta.
There is maximum chance of migration of placenta away from internal os.
It can be seen in follow up scan.
Low lying placenta is prone to bleed and separation,so You should avoid strenuous work.
Normal delivery is possible even in low lying placenta.
