General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
As you are an old diabetic patient ( under control , however ) , pain in the left arm , fore arm , radiating to face ( tingling sensation ) .
As these symptoms are concerning . You need to investigated with E K G & ECHOCARDIOGRAM to isolate the case .
I would recommend you visit a cardiologist at the earliest & sort this problem .
Get in blood for lipid profile and sugar level .
Diabetic are prone to heart disease particularly CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE .
Second reason of such pain may be exertion so also consider this point.
3 may be due to muscular reason .
In my opinion consult a cardiologist and get his opinion.
Good luck.
