I am suffering from severe neck, shoulder &hand pain MRI shows small right paracentral protrusion of c6-7 disc and minmimal posterior bulges of c3-4 and c4-5 disc.
PL Suggest me the proper treatment for permenant cure of this
Report suggests degenerative disc disease of cervical spine. Degenerative changes occurs in spine due to aging and development of weakness in annulus fibrosis.
1.At C6-7 level, there is small paracentral disc herniation in right side.
2. At C3-4 and C4-5 level, there is minimal posterior disc bulge.
So,you have minor findings. Majority of the cases of degenerative spine disease are benefited by physiotherapy,so physiotherapy should be tried first. Surgery should be the last option.
Pregabalin capsule can be prescribed after evaluation.
Treatment can be planned after consultation with neurologist.
