Hello and welcome to HCM,
The CT scan report suggests that you have some disease process at the level of vertebrae L4-L5 and L5-S1.
The intervertebral disc between L4-L5 and L5-S1 are bulging or protruding from their normal position.
The bulging discs are impinging on the nerve roots at this level and causing an indentation of the sac at this level.
The spinal nerve S 1 is the most affected.
The impingement of s1 nerve can cause some neural disorders in the area of distribution of S1 nerve root.
There is also some degeneration of the facets or specific bodies at the level of L4-L5.
You need to consult an orthopedician for management of this condition.
Initially the management is conservative consisting of rest and painkillers.
If the conservative measures do not work, surgical measures are followed.

Thanks and take care
