What Does The MRI Arthogram Of The Shoulder Reveal ?
my grandfather got an mri which they found MR arthogram reveals extensive metallic artifact along the glenohumeral joint anteriorly obscuring evaluation of the joint. extensive glenohumeral joint osteoporosis is identified with fullthickness chondral denudations of the humeral head and glenoid articular surface with subtle articular surface collapse, subchondral cyst formation and exuberant marginal osteophyte formation. synovial proliferation change/debris posteriorly along the joint space is identified what does this all mean!???
