What Does The MRI Result Say?

i just got my results for my MRI that i got done for my head without contrast and i was wondering if you can translate the results for me please my concern was that it said:
there is moderate mucoperiosteal thickening involving the left maxillary antrum and mild thickening involving the right maxillary antrum

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.

Your brain is completely normal as per MRI scan.

There is some mild thickening of the air cavities beside the nose (sinuses) and this is mainly due to an allergy or upper airway infection. This may cause headaches and nasal congestion. Sinus problems are mostly treated with medicines. Avoid dust allergy and protect yourself from extreme weather conditions.
