Thanks for posting your query in HCM.Your lab reports are suggestive of that you are having overt hypothyroisim.Your TSH levels are high and you need replacement of thyroid hormones.
You need to take synthetic thyroid hormones like T4 as soon as possible after consulting your treating doctor.Also do Free T4 investigation to know the hormonal levels in the body.
