What Does The Attached Liver Panel Report Mean?

hi doc i would like to ask what is the meaning of my result HBsAG cut off value is 0.073 optical Density is 3.100 - Reactive and My Anti Hbs is 0.095 optical density is 0.017 - Non reactive. My reference value 5.00 - 40.00 U/L the result is 23 Test SGPT / Conventional valuen5.00 - 40.00 Iu/l

S.I Units reference Value 100.00 - 290 U/l result is 88 Test ALK.phosphate ABN 88.00 Conventional Value 100.00 290 U/L. Doc i dont really understand what the meaning of my result please help me.

hi,Dr.Boskey gandhi is here, in. your case these all parameters indicates functions of Liver, which is normal, only the worried thing is hbsag positive, it's one kind of viral infection of liver. now your anti hbsag negative, means you have got this infection since short duration. so 1st, you have to do viral load of this infection, which give quantitative result of it & according to that report, anti viral therapy should be started. so don't worry.
