General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Liver function test shows as SGPT /ALT 86.3 I .U. (high )
Total cholesterol 245 mg/dL. ( high ) , however some physician believe this limit is within normal limit ( up to 160-250 mg ) , while other count 135-220 mg/dL as a normal limit.
In your case three things are against you .
SGPT primarily found in liver & HIGH.
Total Cholesterol HIGH also due to liver.
Daily consumption of 90 ml of alcohol ( if 55 % or more dangerous like gin , vodaka ) .
Alcohol consumption associated with an increase rate of ALCOHOLIC LIVER DISEASE in probably more than tow drinks in women / day while three drinks in men ( 33 to 45 ml ) /day.
I advise you get in M R I of liver and also liver function test .
Now things are against you , so please limit your alcohol consumption as well as also avoid fatty food and greasy food.
Still problem persist then consult a Gastro-enterologist and get his opinion.
Hope this information will help you.
