What Does The Findings Of The X Ray Indicate?

Hi doctor
I am having short breath and strong heart beats but with no problems in heart rate or BP
My ECG showed no abnormalities
Also no problems with the Thyroid profile

But,
My X-ray showed accentuated hilar shadows and bronchovascular markings
What do these findings indicate and if there is a need for echo?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your X-ray shows prominent hilar shadows and bronchovascular markings.
It may be due to infection(active or resolving state).
For shortness of breath and palpitation, you need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Cardiovascular or pulmonary causes should be ruled out.
ECHO can be done to confirm cardiovascular cause.
You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile.Further investigations can be done if needed.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
