Thanks for writing to us

Your USG report suggests space occupying(SOL) lesion in liver.It is most likely due to liver abscess.
Liver abscess (infection)is indicated by enlarged liver and increased WBC count in blood.
You also need clinical correlation.
CT Scan of abdomen can be done for confirmation.
Its treatment depend upon size and stage of lesion.
Small abscess respond well to antibiotics where as large lesions need drainage.
