What Does The Lab Report Mean?

Please explain what the following lab report means: "The neoplastic lymphocytes express CD45, CD20, partial BCL-2, and focal membranous CD30, but not CD5, CD10, BCL-6, cyclin D1, or CD43. CD3 nad CD43 highlight scattered small T-lymphocytes in the background

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of immunophenotype is as follows:
There is presence of B cell lymphoma.
Lymphoma is malignancy arising from lymphocytes.
On the basis of immunophenotypic staining the lymphoma is probably marginal zone lymphoma.
Consult your hematologist for further management.
