What Does The Report Showing: "Tsh Is 12.2 " Indicate Any Cause Of Concern?
Hello i am 21 female , my T3 and T4 reports are normal but
Tsh is 12.2 as it should have been 4.5 which is normal..
Is my report very unhealthy? how can i control it and what diet should i follow?
I am little scared to visit doctor as i am student staying away from family

Hi Dear just relax and dont panic,ok
Then TSH is thyroid stimulating hormone is 12.2 is slightly high.but nothing to feel bad about that.hypothyroidism is a very common clinical problem in females
kindly let me know if you have any of below problems
1.irregular periods
2.excess weight gain
3.constipation
4.swelling of neck
5.sleeping toomuch
6.unable to tolerate cold
if this feature are there you should start tab eltroxin
but to fix dose u need to meet doc or let me know your weight
