What Does The Result Showing: Both Tubes Are Pacified And Appear Patent Indicate?
Hi i received the below result for my Hsg:
1.Opacification of the uterine cavity with persistent linear filling defects are seen related to the uterine cornu ? Synechia
2. Both tubes are pacified and appear patent
3. No abnormal peritoneal loculation of contrast in the control film.
Please explain to me with simple english , i this result positive or negative?is this danger?

Your report is almost normal.
Uterus appears normal and there is persistent linear filling defects in cornu region,it may be due to Synechia. Synechia usually develops in the healing process of infection.It is the sequel of infection.It is not a matter of concern because tubes are patent which is most important factor.
