There is degeneration of lumbar spine disc between L3 and L4. This is resulting in the disc herniating between the bones. The nerve roots pass through these neural foramina and you might have severe nerve root compression at that level and associated spinal canal narrowing. There is also a bulging disc at level L 4 - L 5. The nerve pain may be controlled with restricted physical activity and pain relief medication. Please do not do heavy physical activity till you are comfortable.
