Welcome to health care magic.
1.The report suggest there is a
gestational sac but there is no
yolk sac and foetal pole - which suggest features of
missed abortion.
2.But one will not jump in to the conclusion - as there are possibilities visualisation of the foetal pole and cardiac activity in a week time - it can be disparity of the dates and measurements.
3.Normally by 5.5 weeks by vaginal route and trans abdominally by 6.5 weeks - one should able to get the cardiac activity.
4.Rest of the parameters like cervical length and adnexa appears normal.
5.It is not very easy for you at the late thirty age group , so please take in delicate
pregnancy and good rest and followup scan in 2 weeks time for foetal viability.
Good luck.
