AT L4-L5 MILD DISC IS PRESENT WHICH MILDLY FLATTENS THE THECAL SAC. LIGAMENTEM FLAVUM IS MILDLY PROMINENT. AT L5-S1, LIGAMENTUM FLAVUM PROMINENT. A MILD LEFT WARD SCOLIOSIS IS PRESENT THE CONUS TERMINATES AL L1. I HAVE TO MUCH PAIN. WHAT IS YOUR RECOMENDATION?
There is degeneration of lumbar spine disc between L 4 and L5. This is resulting in the disc herniating between the bones. The nerve roots pass through these neural foramina and you might have severe nerve root compression at that level. There is also degenerative changes at level L 5 - S 1. The nerve pain may be controlled with restricted physical activity and pain relief medication. Please do not do heavy physical activity till you are comfortable.
