What Does The Ultrasound Result Intrauterine Gestational Sac Mean?

I had an u/s done yesterday and don't understand the results. the results as follows there is a single intrauterine gestational sac with mean diameter of 0.85cm, out of range for dating, a normal appearing yolk sac, no definite embryonic pole identified, what does this mean?

Thanks for writing to HCM

You need follow up scan after 2-3 weeks.
There is a single intrauterine gestational sac with mean diameter of 0.85cm.It is too small to be measured.
Fetal pole is not seen,present condition only need follow up scan.
Normal appearing yolk sac is noted.
