What Does The Ultrasound Scan Result Indicate?

hi iam Tabu aged 32yrs, i have been suffering from poly cystic and irregular period i never get period unless and until i take some doctor prescribed drug i have been suffering this problem from past 15 years since i got mature the gap between my periods was initially 2 to 3 months but it began to increase 6 month and year but now more than 5 to 6 years i never get periods unless i take medicine. i want to get p regent now recently i did an ultrasound scan TVS it says NABOTHIAN CYST NOTED IN THE CERVIX ,could you please explain me what is this also suggest a remedy for getting pregnant
