What Does These Sonography Report During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hello doctor..
I would like to know what does the following sentence mean in the sonography report for my pregnancy:
A loop of umblical cord is seen persistently along posterior & lateral aspects of fetal neck possibly a nuchal cord

will it affect my baby's birth?

hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.YOUR sonography reports indicates that umbilical cord-round the baby's neck.As such there is no complication due to this nowbut there will be chances of cesarean section.no need to worry much.good luck.
