What Does Thickening Of The Ascending Colon And Lots Of White Spots Scattered Throughout The Abdomen Indicate?

My CT scan showed a thickening of the ascending colon and lots of white spots scattered throughout the abdomen - identified as possible Phleboliths?there were many of them throughout.(does cancer show up as white or black on a ct scan)? There was also something in there about the bowel loops but no obvious obstruction, Infammatory?? I have also had abdominal pain, a back up feacal matter and now chronic diarrohea and back pain, plus lots of pain after I eat anything at all. (I am not eating gluten at all). Booked in for Colonoscopy and Endoscopy end of June. Could this be cancerous polyps?

1.Thickened ascending colon is seen in case of infection / inflammation of the colon, with adjacent fat standing.
2.Multiple hypodence areas cane be seen due to lymph nodes, and in case of presence of malignant lesion else where in the body, it is called peritoneal seeding.
3.Generally seen in the pelvic causes.
4.An contrast enhanced CT wil help in getting the diagnosis.
5.You have said CT done but you have given bits and pieces of your report, the report will not look like the way you have said.
