Hi, I M Dr.Kumarbhargav Consultant Pathologist I m afraid that you have not given the data rightly, What test you have done you have not mentioned, Now regarding index value of 1.0 you have mentioned, and regarding it - Index cut off value less than 0.9 is considered negative, - Index cut off value of 0.9 and 1.0 is considered equivocal and require further evaluation especially with more advanced tests. - index cut of value of more that 1.0 is considered preliminary positive which must be confirmed and verified by other superior methods.
