will allowe abroad if people suffering from chest x ray and report is showing 1- increased bronchovascular markings are noted bilaterally and 2- Apical pleuralPleural effusion Pleural fluid analysis Pleural needle biopsythickening seen bilaterally.
Its better if you can send the X ray image for complete interpretation. Increased bronchovascular markings are seen in many conditions and not a serious problem. Apical pleural effusion is something that needs to be visualized before commenting because the amount and size of effusion is important. If you had any lung infection including TB in the past then this becomes important to be reviewed with older images.
