So, essentially, your lipids appear elevated and according to the American Diabetes Association, to normalize these lipids the following is recommended: Reduce saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol intake Increase omega-3, viscous fiber(like oats,fruit),plant stenols/sterols Weight loss if indicated increased exercise The doctor may recommend statin therapy
