Liver function tests may be done for confirmation. Cholelithiasis is term applied for stones in gall bladder. Details regarding number and size of stones is important. Splenomegaly means that the spleen is enlarged more than normal limits. This can be due to mild infection or an underlying chronic condition. Mild pelvicalyceal fullness probably refers to slight bulging of the kidneys. Right cervical calcification is not a clear ultrasound finding.
