What Does This Urine Analysis Test Results Mean?

I had a urinalysis reflex, it shows RBC positive x6x? Other results were Total Protein, 6.3 Albumin 1.9, Triglycerides 151 and LDL 85. Other notations were No Lipemia and No Hemolysis. Comments were that I needed to see my Dr. What does all this mean? I don't know why I should see a Dr.? I feel great!

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Presence of RBC indicates a pathology in renal system. As there are no pus cells, it rules out hematuria.
2. Alongwith the albumin level is reduced, suggesting a renal pathology, possibly nephritic syndrome.
3. As there is no lipidemia, other tests evaluation is necessary to evaluate for a renal pathology.
4. Cause of hypoalbuminemia and hematuria requires evaluation as it may be difficult to treat in future. Do meet your doctor.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
