You haven't mentioned the cut off of the lab where test was done. report indicates C.M.V.IgG reactive and C.M.V.IgM non reactive that means C.M.V.IgG IS POSITIVE while C.M.V.IgM is negative .The presence of IgG antibodies but not IgM antibodies indicates a history of past exposure to the C.M.V.virus and indicates that the person tested that is you are immune to the C.M.V.Similarly Toxoplasma gondii IgG is reactive while Toxoplasma gondii IgM nonreactive RUBELLA IgG RUBELLA IgM while Herpes simplex Virus Type 1ab (IgG)and Herpes simplex Virus Type 1ab (IgM) both are Negative.So nothing to worry.
