Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of white blood cells in urine, epithelial cells and a positive esterase test suggests presence of infection in urine sample.
The symptoms of tiredness and stress are seen in urinary tract infection.
Alkaline phosphatase is secreted by biliary tract cells, placenta and bone.
The cause for low alkaline phosphatase can be determined by clinical correlation.

Consult your primary health provider with the report for prescription of antibiotic.

Thanks and take care
