What Does Urine Analysis Report Suggest?

WBC 111.1
Albumin serum 4.9
Urnialysis cloudy, 3+ wbc esterase
wbc 30
epithelial cells non renal 10
crystals present
waiting for urine culture to come back today.
BP elevated, racing heart & headache...Cozaar not working...started Bactrim 4 doses already..I have no systems of ITU...

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by cloudy appearance of urine and presence of WBC cells,non renal epithelial cells in urine and and positive WBC esterase test.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
