What Dosage Of Meftal P Is Safe For A 10months Old Infant?
Hi Doctor, My son is 10 months old and he is suffering from fever, we were giving calpoll drops to him but fever Went over 101,so we gave him meftal p. Can you suggest what is the safe dosage of meftal p we can give in a day and in what quantity? What is the difference between calpoll and meftal p?

Meftal-P dose is 10mg/kg body weight/dose 3 times daily.
Meftal is Mephenemic acid an Calpol is Paracetamol.
Both reduce temperature and pain.
