What Dose It Mean When Non Diabetic Sugar Reads 423, 562
If a non diabetic sugar reads 423, 562, HI on a glucose meter what does that mean Hi I am a 26 year old woman and for a while I have been sweating profusely, craving sweets, thirsty and exhausted. A close friend of mine noticed that all of this and decided to check my sugar it was HI, 562, 351, and 40 whats this mean? I told this to a doctor and they cant find anything? or when they test it is normal!

Symptoms mentioned and sugar levels noted indicate hyperglycemia .
you can do following assessment and get back to me.
GTT ( Glucose tolerance test )
HbA1c
Then we can decide if you need do do further tests. Better to rule out as soon as possible. Do you have a family history of diabetes ?

This condition could most possibly be a diabetic condition only. By determining sugar levels any time will not be of much use.
You must give a fasting sample and a post breakfast or post lunch sample in a lab,after they give you a glucose load. this test is called GTT or glucose tolerance test which will suggest any impaired glucose tolerance or even diabetes.You may also need to get the urine samples collected and tested.
On ruling out diabetes, we can proceed further.
