Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum
No medicines are needed in a normal pregnancy. Tetanus vaccine is to be given.
Only iron and folic acid is required, which I am sure your Obstetrician must have prescribed .
Somw women do not gain much wt in 1st trimester, due to vomitins etc.
Dont worry about weight, just eat healthy, and visit your dr regularly.
You can visit a nutritionist for a pregnancy diet plan.
