what is corpora cavernosa exactly and is true or myth that it is what makes your penis much larger by making more blood go to it and if so is there a herbal supplement that works to make this happen or you stuck with what you got basiclly ,see all these ads about gain 4 inches and that kind of crap ,so i would like to know once and for all if there is or isnt a way to enlarge your penis .thankyou.

Corpora cavenosa is a pair of erectile tissue in shaft of penis which lies from pubic bones to head of penis.
There is no medical way to increase the size of penis.All these ads regarding supplements to increase the size of penis are frauds.
There are only surgical methods and certain mechanical devices available,which can result in increase of size by an inch or inch and half but they are full of complications and are generally avoided.
