Is it healthy to lift weights, short breaks in between sets, lifting nearly your max for two hours a day. I drink plenty of water pre and post workout. I drink 8 scoops of protein powder adding up to 130 grams of protein. I also take vyvanse. I'm only 15 and I workout everyday
