What Is A Partial Opacification Of The Left Mastoid Air Cells?

can you explain what is expected flow-voids are present within the carotid and basilar arteries? and what is a partial opacification of the left mastoid air cells? and one last question should I be worried about numerous foci of T2 prolongation within the periventricular and deep white matter spaces?

1.On some MRI sequence blood flow is picked up as void.So expected flow void is normal thing.
2.Partial opacification of mastoid air celss means there was mastoid infection which has replaced air in the mastoid. Nothing much to be worried.
3.Number foci in white matter are age related thing due chronic blood insuffuciency. Most people have them above age of 50 or 60 .No treatent needed for this as well.
