Always remember one thing - always try the one which suited you in past. Try to remember the medicines for pain or welling in past like Ibuprofen or diclofenac.
Start the one you know suited you in the past.
And do not take any id there is not much of a pain and swelling is reducing; Raising the hand above the heart level in a lying down position is more effective than any medicines.
