Hello,

Headaches, most of the time, tell a little about the disease. However, it can aide in the diagnosis if it coincides with other symptoms. In your case, it looks like a migraine headache with accompanying symptoms.

What ever may be the case, the symptoms pertain to a Neurological manifestation. It would be helpful having at least an MRI of the brain.

This helps to rule out a disease-causing entity that produces increase intracranial pressure like hydrocephalus and tumors.

Once ruled out, you can further investigate other systems like the eyes and ears. This should help you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
