Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sharp abdominal pain with diarrhea which seems to be due to disturbance of electrolytic balance of body. Need not to worry. It could be due to food intolerance , food allergy , bacterial or viral infection , parasitic infection or inflammatory bowel disease. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like omeprazole along with loperamide. You should eat light and non spicy food. Avoid intake of outside food. You should eat fresh fruits and vegetables and eat fruits like banana. Take oral rehydrating solution as well.
