What Is Causing Severe Stomach Pains And Vomiting During Pregnancy?

Hello, i treated H. Pylori 10 years ago and not i am pregnant with the exact same severe stomach pains, vomiting ecc. I have ruled out the "3 month morning sickness" since i am now 6 months pregnant and these symptoms last 24H a day. My doc says its all normal.
Could H pylori be the cause?

Some patients have vomiting for more than 3 months also...its due to pregnancy related changes... Its normal..don't worry..
