Hi,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
What are the problems that you are having now? Any problems with periods, i.e. excessive pain, irregular periods etc. If these are there then you should get an MRI done to exclude adenomyosis. Adenomyosis is a condition in which uterus becomes enlarged and there is invasion of endometrium layer into uterine muscles which causes pain during cycles.
In your case, the uterus is enlarged and there is suspicious adenomyosis.
If you are not having any significant complaints, then its better to follow up with usg after 6 months. Most likely, it will be a small fibroid if there are no symptoms. Small fibroid usually do not cause any problems.
Hope it sorts your problem and wishing you a speedy recovery.
