Hello Thanks for writing to HCM Your USG report suggests thickened endometrium.You need biopsy of endometrium.Thickened endometrium may be due to benign or malignant causes which can be confirmed by biopsy only. Uterus is bulky in size with coarse myometrial echoes s/o adenomyosis. Adenomyosis is a condition in which the inner lining of the uterus (endometrium) breaks through the muscle wall of the uterus (myometrium). It is a benign condition. Treatment of adenomyosis are both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age,family is completed or not,symptoms etc. You also have fatty liver.It is a reversible condition and can be reversed by diet and lifestyle changes.Medicines can be prescribed after evaluation.
