What Is Positional Migraine And Is It Related With Posture?

What is a positional migraine? Does it have to do with posture? I had monthly migraines since my early twenties. Now I am 62 and have them on an irregular basis. They are not as severe as they used to be. Before menopause they lasted 2-3 days. Now it is different. Sometimes it seems like they start when I sit in my recliner.

thanks for osting your query.
Mostly migraine is not a cause of positional headache.
I will advise reevaluation of your new headache which looks different and is positional.Serious secondary causes of headache must be ruled out (Idiopathic intracranial hypertension, tumour or dural leak).
