Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir i can understand your concern.
i am very sorry about difficulties you are facing to control your diabetes.
This type 1 diabetes is a state of absolute insulin deficiency.
That means your pancreas are not able to produce insulin.
As per present advancement in modern medicine insulin is the only choice for type 1 diabetes.
But there are different delivery devices like insulin pumps which can give you smooth control and number of pricks can be greatly reduced.
