What Is The Best Treatment For Headaches And Sinus Pressure In My Head ?

I have been suffering from headaches and pressure in my head. I feel like my eyes are going to explode. I feel like I have sinus pressure right below my eyes. I feel anxious and I feel nauseous sometimes from my headaches.

You have not mentioned your age, weather hypertensive, diabetic etc., asociated
fever or any other complain. But you may having migraine, anxiety, sinusitis. etc.
So some more details will help ua to come to conclusion. thanks
