Hello The reason of diarrhea , stomach pain with growling sound , nausea & fever may be due. 1 Gastro-enteritis , due to any infection such type of symptoms occurs . 2 Amoebic colitis is the second most important reason. 3 Summer diarrhea due to heat ( high temperature in atmosphere ). When such type of patient visit particularly in summer , usually there develop dehydration with cramps in calves . I usually advise the 2-3 Ringer lactate drips according to need. Antacid syrup but if symptoms are sever than patient may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors like pantaloc-D . I also prescribe a combination of oofloxacin+ ornidazole one tablet twice in day for 5 days . Plenty of water with glucose , salt and lemon . Few patient respond to doxycyclin 200 mg only one dose.
