What Is The Cause For A Dilated Pore To Come Back After The Removal Of Suture?

I had a 2mm punch biopsy excision of a dilated pore of winer on my face - the wound was sutured with one stitch. The pore came back within a week of suture removal. I have had the procedure repeated with a 3mm punch biopsy and want to know how large these pores can get - should I have gone for 4mm to be safe?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. This failure can be due to your skin being different in a sense that it's healing characters are different. It is the Doctor who will decide the size of hte punch as he is experienced with so many cases and he would know for sure for the size of the punch.
