Hello,
It is my pleasure to help you,
The darker colored dots on the buttocks and shoulder can be due to hyperpigmentation of the skin.
This darkening occurs when an excess of brown pigment that produces normal skin color will be deposited in the skin.
Without examination diagnosis is difficult.
I will suggest you to discuss with your dermatologist for the use of hydroquinone and tretinoin cream for the condition.
Hope it may help you.
Thank you.
